CatWrt v24.9 AMD64(x86_64) New Toolbox Stable Version Firmware

Hi, long time no see. This time CatWrt.v24.9.amd64 has been updated, and it's not for hard routers.

Applicable to: x86 "soft routers", physical installation, virtual machine installation, containers (lxc, Docker). (Only supports x86_64/AMD64/64-bit; does not support x86_32/386/32-bit)

This x86_64 (amd64) refers to a 64-bit processor instruction set architecture, which does not mean that non-AMD processors cannot be used.

Disadvantages#

If you need USB network sharing, which is a must-have, you can download the old version v23.8 and use it just fine. After this firmware release, I realized I forgot the rndis driver; I will add it next time... other than that, it's quite perfect and very stable.

Since our release cycle is relatively long, some new features may have just been released, and we may not have updated in time. If needed, you can manually update the ipk; if you don't need to build it yourself, there's no need.

It is not recommended to use the ext4 version, as there may be issues saving configuration files; just use the traditional sqfs partition firmware.

In certain scenarios, it may cause the homepage overview to occasionally show no data, but the firmware is still running normally. The specific situation is that the CPU usage percentage only displays - and the interface rate is also -; currently, it only affects this, and other functions are normal and do not affect normal use! We are still investigating this; if you encounter it, please provide feedback, thank you!
